1.1 Determine the diameter of conductor:select a straightened wire
specimen at random from a product lot,scrape off the paint coating
on the wire without damaging the conductor at three different positions
with 1 meter’s interval away from each other on the specimen, then
measure the diameter of the bare wire one time respectively and
keep the three readings,finally take the average value of the three
readings as the measured.
1.2 Determine the overall diameter:except scraping off the paint
coating,repeat the steps indicated in 1.1 above. .
二、导体标称直径0.200mm以上:
2.1 在1根校直试样上,用不损伤导体的任何方法除去绝缘层,沿导体圆周均分的3个位置上分别测量导体直径。记录3个测量值,取其平均值作为导体直径。
2.2 在1根校直试样相距1m的两个位置上,每个位置沿绝缘线圆周均分测量3次外径。

伸长率是长度增加值与原长度之比,用百分比表示。在伸长仪或拉力试验机上,以(5±1)mm/s的速率将一根自由测试长度为200mm-250mm的校直试样拉伸至导体断裂点,计算断裂时长度线性增量与自由测试长度的之比,用百分比表示,测量3个试样,记录3个测试值,取其平均值作为断裂伸长率。
A wire specimen of 200-250 mm in length is
continuously drawn at a speed of 5±1mm/s on a stress-strain machine
until it breaks,then measure the increased length of the specimen
and divide it by the initial length,the result expressed in percentage
is the elongation. |

回弹性是卷绕成螺旋线圈或弯曲成一个角度的试样回弹后所测试得到的角度,一根校直试样在圆棒上卷绕5圈,圆棒直径和卷绕时张力应符合有关产品标准的规定。回弹性测量是第五圈试样末端回弹的角度读数。

耐刮是用不断增加压力和刮针刮漆包线所能承受的最大刮破力表示。一根校直试样经受单向刮漆试验,用针刮漆包线表面,并在针上不断增加负荷。使针和导体电气接触的力即为刮破力。
The paint coating of a wire specimen is scraped
with a scraping needle by applying a increasing force until the
coating is damaged,then the last force that causes the coating damage
represents the scraping resistance. |

静摩擦系数(μs)为一块滑块从漆包线试样做成的轨道上开始滑下的瞬间所测得的滑板的倾斜角(α)。从交货盘侧板上放线取下漆包线试样,如果漆包线表面被灰尘或脏物污染,则应在实验前除去此盘的最外层漆包线。校直一部分试样,用两个线住和两个夹头固定在倾斜滑板上组成滑轨。然后用类似的方法将其他漆包线试样固定在滑块上,把有试样的滑块放在滑板的轨道上,倾斜滑板使得滑块上漆包线和滑板上的漆包线在接触点上成直角交叉。然后慢慢倾斜滑板(约1°/s)直到滑块从滑轨上开始滑下。此时刻度尺上的读数即为倾斜角(α)。
按下式计算静摩擦系数:μs =tanα
Motionless friction coefficient is expressed
with the slope angle which starts the testing slide block to move
along the orbits made of enamel wires.Tie two lengths of sample
wires to the slide board to form test orbits,wind the slide block
with wire specimens,put the block on the orbits,make sure the wires
winded on the block intersect perpendicularly with the orbits at
the contact points,then tilt the slide board and increase the slope
angle slowly (about 1/s)until the block starts to move,the slope
angle at this moment is the right one. |

直焊性是用试样浸入焊锡缸中除去漆膜并镀上锡层所需的时间表示。试样应垂直放在焊锡缸中间,焊锡缸温度按有关产品标准的规定。试样下端头应置于焊锡缸液面下20mm处,试样浸入的位置应距离温度测量点10mm以内。在有关产品标准规定的浸入时间结束后,试样应侧移然后取出。用6倍-10倍的放大镜检查镀锡线表面。如果是导体标称直径0.100mm以下的漆包线,检查应限定在试样的自由长度范围。

coating;the time taken during such a process represents the solderability

漆膜连续性是用单位长度绕组线通过电气试验回路检测出的针孔数表示。一根导体接地的漆包线试样以恒定速度通过的一个V形槽电极(导轮)。在电极和接地之间施加直流试验电压。检测试样漆膜上的针孔并用计数器计数。试验结果用每30m的针孔数表示。

热冲击反映了漆包线被拉伸和(或)在圆棒上卷绕或弯曲后所能承受温度的能力。导体标称直径1.600mm及以下的漆包线按规定的百分比预先拉伸校直,在抛光圆棒上连续紧密卷绕10圈,圆棒直径在有关产品标准规定。圆棒以1r/s-3r/s的速度卷绕,卷绕时承受的张力刚好使线与圆棒接触以避免线受到拉伸和扭绞。卷绕好的试样应在强迫通风烘箱中加热30min,温度为有关产品标准规定的温度±5℃。从烘箱中取出试样冷却至室温,然后用规定放大倍数的放大镜检查绝缘是否开裂。
A piece of enameled wire specimen is winded
10 windings continuously and firmly on a test bar of a given diameter
at a speed of 1rps-3rps,then put the test bar with wire specimen
into a ventilated oven to heat at a given temperature for 30 minutes,remove
the specimen from the oven and cool it down to ambient, then check
the coating of the specimen by means of a magnifier of a given magnification
to see if coat cracks happen. |

适用于导体标称直径0.100mm以上1.600mm及以下的漆包圆线和薄膜绕包圆线。两根漆包线试样垂直相交,在交点上施加规定的负荷,软化击穿用试样之间产生短路电流时的温度来表示。在预热到有关产品标准规定温度的金属块中插入两根垂直相交的校直试样。应尽可能靠近交叉点测量温度,测量值应在规定值±3℃范围内。交叉点应在压杆下的中央。如果是导体标称直径0.200mm以下的试样,两根试样应先平行插入插孔,第三根试样垂直放在前两根试样上,其交叉点应对称于压杆轴线。按规定的加热时间结束后,用压杆施加规定的负荷。然后立刻在上下两个试样之间施加试验电压。如果下面是两个平行放置的试样。则应相互连接。负荷和试验电压的施加时间为2min。

voltage to the contact point of the two specimen
to soften the wires until the coating between specimens is breakdown
and short-circuit happens,and then measure the temperature under
short-circuit condition. |

1.在成轴漆包线上取试样一根,在不经受任何拉伸和弯曲的情况下,浸入浓度为0.2%的食盐水中,食盐水中应先滴入适量的3%酚酞酒精溶液指示剂。试验时,溶液接正极,试样接负极,施加12V直流电压,检查加电压1min内试样上所产生的针孔数,试样长度6m,浸入食盐水中的长度至少为5m。
2.在成轴漆包线上抽取自然成圈试样一匝,试样长度6m,在均分的不同三处弯曲90度,将其浸入食盐水中,浸入长度为5m,施加12V直流电压,检查加电压1min内试样所产生的针孔数。
1.Dip a wire specimen that has not been drawn
or winded into the 2% brine,which has been added feasible 3% phenolphthalein.Connect
the solution with the anode and the specimen with the cathode,and
test how many pinholes are caused on the specimen within one minute
under the 12V direct current.If the specimen has a length of 6 meter,at
least 5 meter of it should be dipped into the brine.
2.Select a wire specimen of 6 meter,average it into three segments
and wind each into an 90 degree angle,dip about 5 meter of the specimen
into the brine and test how many pinholes are caused the specimen
within one minute the 12V direct current. |

本试验仅适合用于0.25mm以上的漆包线。耐溶剂是用经溶剂处理后的漆包线的铅笔硬度表示。所使用的铅笔硬度应符合有关产品标准的规定。每次试验前,铅笔应用细锉磨尖,磨成对称于其轴心的60°的角。一根约150mm长的漆包线校直试样应在强迫通风的(130±3)℃烘箱中预处理10min。然后将有效长度试样浸入盛有标准溶剂的玻璃容器中30min,溶剂温度为(60±3)℃。然后从溶剂中取出试样。应在取出试样后30s内测量其表面的硬度。试样应放在光滑硬表面上。如果是扁线,试验应在其宽边上进行。铅笔应以约60°角度斜置于漆包线表面,并且铅笔尖应以5N的压力沿漆包线表面缓慢推移。测量3次,如果漆膜被刮掉露出导体,则应记录在报告中。
标准溶剂是如下配比(体积比)的混合物:
------60%石油溶剂,其芳香组份最大含量为18%
------30%二甲苯
------10%丁醇
Put a straightened wire specimen of 150 millimeter
into a forced-ventilated oven with a temperatuer of 130±3℃ for 10
minutes,then dip a feasible length into the glass container with
standar dimpregnant of 60℃ for 30 minutes.Take the specimen out
and test the rigidity of its surface within 30 seconds on a hard
smooth surface.
The cubage proportion of the mixture in the standard impregnant
is 60% of petroleum impregnant,30% xylence and 10% butanol. |
