   今天的品质是明天的市场,品质管理是管理活动的重中之重。鑫洋的品质管理系统科学严谨,以ISO9001为依据,以客户满意为导向,检测手段完备,仪器齐全,共分为三个部分:原材料控制、制程控制、最终检测。
  原材料质量控制:对铜杆、绝缘漆进行外观、尺寸、绝缘漆的固体含量、漆粘度精确测试,以保证选材优良,对包装材料尺寸、外观检查,更注重其硬度和抗压性能检测。
  生产制程中,品质控制部与漆包工程部分别设立巡视人员,共同对设备运行参数、工艺执行状况、操作正确性作出记录、巡查和调整,确保设备、工艺、人员全面受控。品质控制部对产品做全性能首件检测,按批次做性能抽检,对常规项目进行全检。每一轴漆包线都经过以上三种测试合格方可放行,对于生产制程中发现的任何异常及偏差,均有适当流程和严格规定进行规范处理。
  产品品质内外一致、表里如一是鑫洋对客户的承诺。因漆包线连续生产的特殊性,对于制程中产品质量的全程不间断监控十分重要。我厂使用激光测径仪和裸线报警装置,实现产品内外漆膜厚度一致,无内层裸线,保证品质的稳定性。激光测径仪主要用于测量各种超细材料的直径,利用激光束对被测物直径进行量测,液晶屏幕自动显示结果,避免人工测量时的手法误差。
  在生产过程中,运用激光测径仪不断地对运行中的每根漆包线进行完成外径的测量,保证同批次产品漆膜厚度一致,每轴线的漆膜厚度内外一致,消除全过程漆膜厚度不一致、产品尺寸偏差波动大的缺陷。针对内层裸线及针孔,我厂特别研制开发的裸线报警装置,直接加装于每一台漆包机上,只要一开机,即同时对机台上的每一根漆包线进行检测,当发现裸线及极小的漆膜缺陷点都可立即进行声音和灯光报警,并自动显示存在缺陷的漆包线位置,当即准确停止缺陷产品的生产,进行追溯,分析不良原因,采取改善措施,直到问题解决。在解决问题期间,只需复位,对制作中的产品又开始监控裸线和针孔缺陷。该报警系统二十四小时监控每一根生产中的漆包线。现场操作人员和监控人员妥善处理后,方可解除报警复位。该系统对极小的点状裸露及针孔同样具有监测报警作用。
Quality is the life of a company and also the vital factor in all management activities.Based on the ISO-9001 quality control system,Golden Ocean is taking all active measures to keep all its management activities under control,which include:raw material control,in-process quality inspection,and final testing & inspection for finished products etc.

To guarantee the quality of the raw materials ,all the main materials are strictly tested and inspected before put into use,such as performance test for copper rod,solid particles content and viscosity test for insulation paint,strength or appearance checking for packing materials etc.

In the course of each step of the production,there are several patrolling inspectors to carry out on-line quality inspections which include equipment checking,technical parameters set-up,operator behavior,product checking on the spot,sampling test on a batch basis,or 100% inspection for some compulsory items,especially for the first spool confirming inspection,at least three kinds of different testing methods shall be used to determine whether it is acceptable or not. So the quality in every step will be absolutely kept under control.In case any defects or non-conformities appear during the production,the patrolling inspector will stop the production line and call a short meeting to analyze the case until feasible solutions are found.

Since the paint-coating process is continuous,we have continuous on-line laser gauge-detectors and bare wire alarm device on the paint-coating line to synchronously measure the diameter of the wire and the thickness of the coating,so the diameter and the coating thickness of the enameled wire will be under control all the time.In case coating failure happens ,the alarm device will work and stop the line automatically. Besides the alarm function,the alarm device is capable of picking out coating defects and indicating where defects are located on the wire,and it is so sensitive that even a tiny pin hole won’t be missed.
